Apartment holiday rentals in Clapton Pond

We had a great time staying at Jessica’s place. It was plenty of space for two people for seven days. It was clean, and all of the furniture was comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, it’s located near the Olympic park and there are a lot of walking trails and delicious bakeries/coffee shops. If you are visiting London, there are definitely places that are closer to the tourist attractions but we enjoyed returning back to the apartment which was quiet and peaceful. The train station is very close as is a shopping center, with several different grocery stores. Jessica was very responsive and a great host.

Thomas was a great host, always gave quick responses and helped out either when something needed replacing or wasn’t working. I would definitely recommend staying in Thomas’ apartment and was sad I had to leave!

Lovely studio in a prime location with a fantastic little garden

Great little spot, tucked into a lovely street. comfortable bed, good amenities and a very pretty garden out back. The only minor niggle was, I messaged to see if I could get a late check out as I was flying late in the evening, and my message was not responded to. other than that, perfect stay, thank you.

Not bad for a week to myself! Be warned that there are 3-4 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. This is pretty normal for staying in Europe of course. It was pretty quiet and peaceful.

I stayed here for 8 days while working, and it really did feel like home from the beginning. Georgie couldn't have been more welcoming, and the information provided before hand was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and homely. I wouldn't want stay anywhere else, this place has fully converted me to Airbnb over hotels.

Really great place, walking distance to Clapton and Homerton. Jevgenijs was a great host, gave us clear instructions on check in and was always on hand to answer any questions we had about the place. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and I’d definitely stay again.

Great space and very cozy, lots of plants and had really fresh air quality. Ozgul was great and instructions were easy for getting in. Would stay again.

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

perfect apartment, tons of light. i felt completely at home when i was there and it was easy to hop on a train or a bus to be connected to the rest of the city.

Suzanne was very kind and text me to be sure everything was fine and clear. She keep me updated about a lil issue she has with the bathroom but everything was amazing! She also suggested me some restaurants around! The house is very cozy.

We were so thrilled to be able to stay at Megan‘s apartment. So spacious, light filled, comfortable bed and linen, with a lovely outlook from all the rooms. It’s the best place we’ve stayed at in London over the four years we’ve been coming to visit our daughter. Megan was an above-average friendly and helpful host. She was quick to respond to any questions, and most importantly was extremely helpful in assisting us when we requested an early check-in and then a longer stay, even sorting out the price for this last minute decision very generously. Sincere thanks Megan!

Very comfortable for three. A big bedroom, a 65 square foot bathroom!!!, and a large living room with kitchen. Sofa bed for two in the living room. Water pressure in bathroom very good. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher provided, with Disney, Netflix and Amazon Prime already available on smart TV. The flat is 10 minutes walking distance to two bus stops offering different lines, and probably 15 minutes to Angel station. There are excellent cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. There is a breakfast place 100 metres away with good service and great food. A mini market is about 150 metres away. Sainsbury’s and Coop are under a 15 minute walk. A large curved monitor, mouse and connections are all available in the work area. Plug in your laptop and you are all set. Michael responded very quickly to all questions. Excellent place in an excellent location, supported by a very good host. This is definitely the first place we will select when we are in London!

Cosy apartment in quiet area. A bit far from the center and metro was not operating always through Warthamstow. Value for money apartment with good amenities.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

The flat is nicer than the description and photos. Clean building, clean and nice entrance and elevator. Living room big and cozy. Large and well equipped kitchen. 1st bedroom is good size and big wardrobe and comfortable double bed. 2nd bedroom is decen size with double bed and wardrobe. More fitted for 2 children or youg adults. Bathroom is big, clean and looks nice. Hot water all day and good water pressure. Nice trrace facing an inner large and nice garden to sit and relax. Eduardo was very responsive and helpful. At arrival we had something we needed and he brought it to us although it was late evening with some sweets as a gift. Flat is 10 min walk from tube and many bus stops around. A supermarket right around the corner. Few restaurants and a pub very close. Try the Vietnamese when you cross the lights and the great Barbican Cafe for breakfast. Flat is very recommended for 2 aults and 2 children (any age). Only downside is the absence of safe, but it is as written.
