Holiday rentals with a patio in Claremont

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

We had a great time at Alphonso's place. It was quiet, clean, and just the right size for the 2 of us! The bed was comfy, the space was free of clutter, and it was a great value for the money! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and peaceful as well!!

It was a wonderful and relaxing place. I enjoyed my stayed 10/10.. Clean and spacious house also front/backyard very quiet my dogs enjoyed. The host Kimberly was very helpful and flexible, highly recommend this place to anyone. Will be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

Princesses’ place is beautiful and very well maintained. We had everything we needed provided for us. The house is just a 1/4 mile from my daughter and granddaughters house so it was super convenient. We will be back.

Exactly what we needed. It’s a great little house where we felt at home, comfortable, and safe. I appreciate the comfortable beds and linens, spacious bathroom, and cozy living room. The location is convenient to everything we needed, and I especially like the garage parking. Nikiw was very responsive and helpful with a parking hiccup, and I appreciate how open they were to a small suggestion I made. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Monrovia.

This was hands down the most comfortable Airbnb experience I ever had due to many reasons like the cleanliness, amazing beds, spacious living area, easy check in, nice bathrooms, cute decor, and the STOCKED seasoning cabinet. We only stayed at Jack’s place for one night. Jack’s place was the perfect size for our group of 7 people. There was adequate seating, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Two car garage parking, gated community. Jack did not impose an extensive list of check out rules, which we appreciated greatly. But, we are staying in someone else’s home; so we did treat it with care and respect. Thank you Jack for the great stay! Would stay again if we need a place next time.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
