Holiday rentals with a patio in Clay County

We loved this super cute apartment. 4 of us girls had a night out and was a great location to walk to Power and Light. Super clean and felt safe!! Great to get breakfast across the street before checking out the next morning!

Super cozy space. It was very well stocked, and communication with Katrin was great. It's in a pretty suburban area but not too difficult to get to downtown KC from. We had a great experience.

Fantastic stay for us! The place was very clean and in a good location near all the activities we planned for our KC trip! All of the instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The parking garage was a great option, super secure and right next to the complex. We plan to stay here again anytime we are in Kansas City!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

The inside is very nice and homey. The food next door was great and everyone was very helpful!! Thanks for a great stay!!

This airbnb was just what we needed. Westport is such a great area in KC, and this was central to everything we did.

We had a great stay in this basement apartment. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a country setting but not far from the city. Hosts were very nice. We would stay again if we are in the area!

I always appreciate a downtown location that has easily accessible parking. Jake was a great host who made the arrival and check-in process seamless, and was always friendly and responsive. The home itself was beautiful - exactly as pictured but better in person. It was pristine, well-decorated, and comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Plenty of walkable options for food. This would be a great place to stay for a longer trip, so needless to say I would certainly recommend!

What a beautiful home in the country! Shannon was an amazing communicator and very helpful in the very few instances needed. The house was extremely clean and had all of the things, small and large, needed for the trip. I also had 2 dogs with me on the trip and Shannon had 2 dog kennels in an air conditioned garage that worked out perfectly for the couple of times I left the house for longer lengths of time. I also worked from the house for a few days and used the little office under the stairs. Overall, a solid property that I would love to stay at again on future trips back home to the KC outskirts. I'd give Karri and John's home at least a 10-star rating, if possible. The home was so clean and comfortable. It was located in a well-established, pristine neighborhood. We especially loved relaxing in the screened-in porch. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants, and very close to I-35 and 152. I will definitely stay again!

Nina’s place met all of our needs. It was close to everything and the freeways were easily accessible. Nina was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

This place was wonderful with beautiful views from the screened in porch or the fire pit area. Spacious interior with an open plan for the kitchen, dining, living areas. Well stocked for playing a variety of outdoor games, we played wiffle ball with our son, they had equipment for a variety of sports such as a pickleball court, rubber bases for wiffle ball or kick ball, and more.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.
