A short drive to Kemah, or downtown, this is the perfect mix of local life with access to entertainment!

Private Pasadena/Deer Park Home on Quiet Street

This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home with no in person contact to check in. There is a self check- in key code to get in the house. This home is cleaned to Covid standards and it has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.

Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!

This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door.
