Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

With the cottage comes your own exclusive fully fenced 2 acre dog field as well as access to walks in every direction. Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. Breakfast, dinner and dog sitting can be arranged for a separate fee

Convenient for trips to Broadway and all the famous Cotswold villages, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham & Evesham. The apartment has 3 rooms, and a private entrance. Living/dining space with sofa, TV (with smart apps), Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Bedroom with king bed and Bathroom with over-bath shower. Plenty of parking.

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Duck Shed Annex

🦆 Immaculately kept and thoughtfully designed annex (est 2025) blends homely comfort with a touch of luxury. On the edge of the Cotswolds and close to Stratford-upon-Avon, it offers lovely countryside views and a welcoming retreat for two. Inside, enjoy the open-plan kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a spotless and comfortable bed, a cosy lounge, and a pristine bathroom. Outside, relax on the private terrace with outdoor bath, fire pit, and seating. EV charging available.

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge. It's surrounded by fields of asparagus and offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.

Middle Farm Barn is situated in a quiet picturesque village on the edge of the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Great for walking and cycling.
