My family vacation at Ever After was wonderful and all 15 of us had a great time. We celebrated the birthdays of 3 of my 7 grandchildren. Each loved getting a chance to decide what we would do on their special day. Of all the activities that were offered, we enjoyed many, but ended up mostly lounging around and in the pool and spa. We all had fun on the pool slide but the kids were obsessed with it, riding it over and over again all day long. The themed bedrooms were impressive and the details that went into decorating them were amazing! Just to clarify for anyone thinking of booking a stay, the main house with the pool is a few minutes walk from the guest houses and the bedrooms are split between the 2 guest houses. We all really enjoyed watching movies in the theater room but would have liked to watch a few on the outdoor screen. The mosquitoes were bad even with the sprays and candles we used to keep them away so we didn't do much outside at night. Thanks, Andrew, for everything.

this house was perfect! the cleanliness, the decor, the pool and space you have makes this is great option for a home away from home. The neighborhood is in a perfect location with a short distance from publix and walmart with plenty of food options. The owners made the stay so much better by always making themselves available for our needs with quick response times. We would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! House was exactly like the pictures very comfortable and beautifully decorated, son loved the kids room and play area many games to keep him occupied. Spa and pool were great as well. Host Sophia was very responsive when we had questions and she proactively greeted us before our stay and allowed an earlier check in when house was ready

We stayed Christmas week and had my in laws come over. This house is perfect for families. We enjoyed the heated pool(extra fee), the comfy beds, the game room, the extra blankets, and the tvs that were in every room. We were left some laundry detergent and I was so glad to be able to do laundry and not have to bring dirty clothes home with us. All in all, we had a very great stay. I loved that there is a Walmart literally right down the road. Super convenient for our last minute needs. We will definitely look if this place is available when we come back.

The house is in a great location and price was fair. Included spa heat is a nice touch with the private pool. If you want the pool heated it is an extra charge which wasn’t a huge fee but during our stay at the end of April we didn’t require the pool heat as the temperature was perfect for cooling off during the heat of the day or after sitting in the spa during the evening. If you’re staying during colder months you may require the added pool heat. Overall great experience and would highly recommended if you’re looking for a reasonably priced house to rent in Orlando.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and accommodating to our family of 10. We loved the fact that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom making it easy for everyone to get ready quickly. The home looks just like the pictures, very spacious. Also close to many shops and fairly close to the parks. We would highly recommend.

What a peaceful and relaxing space, and a beautiful home. Appreciated all the artwork, amenities, and atmosphere. Definitely would recommend this home to everyone staying in the Orlando area for theme park visiting!

Kimberly was a delightful host. She was very responsive when we had any questions. Her home felt very cozy and comfortable. She made it so easy to check in and accommodating. My family and I went to Disney for 4 days and it felt nice to be away from the traffic and it was easy to get to the parks. The kids loved having a pool to themselves to enjoy after a long day at the parks. There is also a grocery store, Starbucks and plenty of places to eat nearby, which made things very convenient for my family. I would definitely rebook Kimberly’s home again in the future and highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The home is cozy, very clean, and well cared for. It offers plenty of space and features modern, up-to-date appliances that made our stay comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised, with no surprises. The location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Luis was a amazing host his response time was very quick. I would recommend his davenport place to anyone, It was our first time here and he made our dreams come true with the airbnb. It was exactly like the pictures and provided lots of things for us including towels, utensils, etc.

Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

Home looked better in real life than in pictures. Very well decorated, clean, and only 20 minutes to Disney. Would stay here again.

I would give this house 10 stars if I could!!! The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice! The themed rooms were even better than you could imagine. There was so much attention to detail and the play structures were very well put together. We felt safe letting the kids play. We traveled with 2 families (5 adults and 5 kids) there was more than enough rooms. The en-suite on almost every bedroom was a huge convenience. Each bathroom had an extra roll of toilet paper and there were also a couple of dish washer pods. The provided high chair was also helpful! We loved this house SO much and hope to stay again! Ron was a great host, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. This house made our first Disney World vacation the most perfect week! It only took about 25 mins to get to magic kingdom

From the moment we looked at the property description, to the day we checked out, Estela we there to help, super responsive on our questions! The place is a comfortable 3/2, nice pool area, quiet area, close to Disney, Sunset walk (H2O) and highways. we felt right at home!

The place was stunning and Cleiton quickly sent someone to us when we had questions about the lights and pool! The area is pretty and quiet and had a perfect balance of luxury and homey! As others have stated, THERES CAMERAS. They point at all access points to the house for safety and didn’t bother us at all. The infamous “camera pointed at the pool” is pointing at the door to the screened in area of the pool.

This was one of the best places we stayed out to commute to Orlando was easy. The kids loved the house so much they skipped all the activities we had planned and just relaxed at the house. It was near impossible to get them away from the house. As an avid jogger the area was beautiful peaceful I was able to jog every night which feeling safe security was always around. The hosts were amazing, responsive and helpful

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb over the weekend for a basketball tournament, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was super convenient—close to the tournament venue, restaurants, and stores, which made everything so easy. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area was a great place to unwind after long days at the games. Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they really care about creating a welcoming experience. We especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, and clear instructions for everything. Highly recommend staying here whether you're in town for an event or just passing through. We’d definitely book again for our next tournament!
