Proche du centre historique, en face du CREPS, un arrêt de bus se trouve au bas de l'immeuble de même qu'une station de vélo en accès libre et un arrêt de tram à quelques minutes à pied. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la résidence. Il y a un lit à 2 places et un canapé fixe assez grand pour une personne de moins de 1m80, plutôt couchage d'appoint.
