Monthly Rentals in Clinton County

This was a great place to stay. We were going to Kansas City and wanted something away from the big city so this worked well. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Second time staying here at Ashley’s place and it was just as great as the first time. This is the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. Ashley has thought of everything, right down to the tea, coffee, and local treats. The neighborhood is safe and it’s just the cutest space. We absolutely love it here!

We stayed at the Redbird House while we attended the tractor show at Lathrop. the stay was wonderful. This rental had a lot of extras that you don't see all the time, phone chargers, extra towels and linens, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Our hosts were super attentive. Everything was even better than the description and the pictures. It was a peaceful location, a home that was very comfortable to stay in, and it had all the things you'd need away from home. The hosts went out of their way to give great restaurant suggestions, even had firewood for the fire pit prepared. The bedding and towels were clean, great quality. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware you'd need. They even had coffee pods and water ready for your stay. I appreciated the TVs and having an HDMI cord accessible because we used the home for a planning/work retreat and it had all we needed. We had everything we needed to be functional and also relax- the perfect retreat! Highly recommended!
