Monthly Rentals in Clinton

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

This AIRBNB was exactly as described and was very clean. It had everything that we needed during our stay and the host was very helpful describing check-in, check out and other helpful information we may need. I highly recommend!

I stayed at Allie’s while attending my college reunion and found her home really comfortable and thoughtfully cared for. The home is a stone’s throw from the Village Green which has a few nice restaurants, a breakfast spot, a cafe and a weekend farmer’s market. Allie was very a responsive host and seemed to respond to every communication within minutes.

This rental is light bright and spacious just like the photos reflect. Everything is newly appointed and in great condition. The Host, Andrew was friendly and responsive. Walkable location to convenience stores and coffee shop. We will definitely be back.
