The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Outside, explore the canopy covered paths, including trails to Possession Beach Waterfront Park.

"This spectacular high bank waterfront view property offers a cozy and peaceful house that is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This 2 bedroom, one bathroom house offers two king size beds one in each bedroom, and one bunk bed with 2 twin size mattresses on it in the game room. At the foot of our path down the bluff, you'll find our beach-front cabin, a magical spot on Maxwelton Beach. Useless Bay is so shallow that at low tide you can walk for miles along the tidal flats.
