Horsehead Lake Lodge Waterfall Cabins are situated along the spillway at Horsehead Lake on Horsehead Creek. This is one of the highest volume waterfalls in all of Northwest Arkansas! The coolest thing, you not only get the waterfall, but the lake is within a few hundred feet from the waterfall cabins. It's the best of both worlds!
