Due to the location of the Gullie on the property and as a courtesy to other guests we can not accept bookings requiring a late check in.

The house will feel like home the moment you arrive! Try the famous Fairlie pies while visiting! Mt Dobson skifields are about 15 min away. Lake Tekapo - with its hot springs and other tourist attractions - is just a half hour drive away. Escape your stresses and soak in the farm and mountain views from the deck.

We are located a 2 minute drive from Lake Opuha, popular for water sports and fishing, a little over 30 minutes to the summit of Mt Dobson ski field, Fox Peak ski field, and about an hour from Round Hill ski field. Fairlie is a short 10 minute drive away, and Lake Tekapo is 30 minutes away. A great spot to get away from it all! Fully self contained and away from our house, you will have complete privacy throughout your stay.
