The apartment is as it appears in the photos, everything is impeccable and modern. The building is new and very comfortable. I traveled with my dog and we had no problems, it was a very pleasant stay. Yasna has everything thought out to make you feel at home: from a spice rack to a hair dryer, nothing was missing. The bed is very comfortable and the place is spotless. I would definitely come back, as it is also very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and with excellent connectivity.

Very good accommodation, comfortable and very cozy, with everything we needed, we chose this apartment because of the proximity to the fifth vergara and we were not mistaken.

The owner of the apartment was super friendly and was quick to respond, always ready to answer any questions. Located in a quiet area, the apartment enjoyed super little noise. The janitors were friendly at all times and ready to answer any questions. Despite having a problem with the vending machine, we were taken care of super well and the problem was resolved immediately.

Very nice stay . Priscila was always quick to respond. Although I had to return earlier due to personal issues, she was extremely understanding and empathizing with my situation. I love her and her apartment .

I think it's a wonderful place, very nice, my stay was short but it was totally worth it, the location leaves you close to everything and the service is fluid, but it would be ideal to have a more detailed description of each thing in the check-in description or to have a speech ready with the most frequently asked questions. I'd love to come back.

A very nice stay !

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

The house has everything you need to have a good time. Already with family or friends. Because it has many spaces to have a good time: - sparkling glasses in the Jacuzzi - some exercise in the pool - eat bbq in the garden - chatting with a wine around the stove - watch a children's movie with the projector Outstanding!

Hello, Ignacio's house is great, much nicer than what you see in the photos. You have everything for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped, excellent grill, very comfortable bathrooms and room. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Ignacio is always willing to help with whatever you need, he responds super quickly to inquiries, he is proactive, he is super flexible with schedules. Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. Paula is a 5 star hostess. Clear instructions, apartment well located, cozy, clean. The sofa bed reaches others for double people, a couple or children. IT IS very comfortable, looks like a real bed. Small details inside that makes all the difference. Sure at another time, I would consider being able to go back to the same place. Highly recommended!

Communication with Mascha is very fluid. Transportation passes in front of the building: which is convenient! We will definitely go back!
