Everything as described. Great communication. You will not want for anything at this place— even things you hadn’t thought you would need are right where you’d expect to find them. So nice to have the forest right beyond the back gate, too.

The serenity casita was beautiful! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, it was far enough from town that we didn’t hear much traffic but close enough that it didn’t take long to get to stores or restaurants. The yard was great, the hot tub was nice, and Linda left a ton of recommendations from hikes to wineries to restaurants. I recommend staying here if you want to recharge in nature. It was such a great stay!

What a perfect location for our trip in Sedona! The hot tub was a dream after our long hikes. Bed and linens were comfy. The cottage was very cozy and the host gave us plenty of great recommendations and was very responsive. Parking was super convenient and Uptown Sedona was only steps away! Highly recommend :)

Lovely home in pristine settings. Walkable to cafe, close to trails, overall absolutely beautiful, peaceful and more than we expected. A must when visiting Sedona! Host was responsive, kind, and flexible !

My wife and I just spent a few nights at the Stargazer Cottage in Cornville, AZ and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of snacks and a complimentary bottle of wine—which was a nice touch! Check-in was a breeze, and connecting to the Wi-Fi was super simple thanks to the clear instructions from the hosts. The location was perfect—just about 20 minutes from Sedona—with plenty of things to do in the area. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the spa under the stars after a day of exploring. The hosts really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Samuel was an outstanding host. Communicative, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. The house was better stocked than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had every cooking tool and utensil imaginable. There were books, board games, pillows, blankets, and even several types of coffee with multiple coffee makers. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. The home sits at the end of a long private driveway, making the setting ultra-secluded and peaceful. Inside, the massive fireplace made everything feel cozy and warm. It didn’t feel like a rental; it felt like someone’s actual home. The musical instruments throughout the space, from the piano to (I think) a cello, plus trumpets on the wall, gave it a cool and creative vibe. Overall, a really fun and relaxing experience.

Cute place close to the river. Washington Park is a 5 minute drive and really pretty hiking spot. The meadery down the road was fun too. Closest restaurants are a 25-30 minute drive.

We had a fantastic stay at Brian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close enough to the busy spots in town for shopping and groceries yet very quiet and relaxing. I especially loved the view from the balcony 😍. All the trails we decided to hike were close by too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area. This place was amazing. We needed a quiet weekend away and that’s exactly what we got. It was a secluded location but also convenient to stores and restaurants. We will most likely visit again. I thought it was great that even though the backyard isn’t fenced there is a fenced space for pets.

We love staying at the Virginia Blue Cottage! We are repeat guests. Its a great location close to everything. We can walk to all our favorite restaurants, art gallery's and shops. It's quiet and away from all the noise. The neighborhood is mature and well kept. The big tree in the front yard provides beautiful shade. We bring are dog who is very comfortable there and safe in the gated courtyard. The hosts are always quick to respond to anything we need. Its always clean and cozy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great location for hiking and adventures.

The house was absolutely perfect, felt like home with all the local decor and having a fenced yard was the icing on the cake, our 3 dogs loved it. A considerable amount of Information was provided about everything from the National and State Parks and trails to dining and shopping locations. Alysa was extremely sweet, considerate, and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay. We left a couple of items behind and instead of disposing of them she contacted me and sent the items to us. If you are looking for a beautiful house with a fenced yard and a gracious host, then this is the place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Stayed for 10 days. I found the place more than adequate and better than a hotel. I feel like the space is great for 1-2 ppl. The neighborhood is nice and close to many restaurants/bars (4blocks or so). The bed, couch are comfortable. The table is nice and sturdy perfect for getting work done. What could be improved is main entry way where a curtain is used to provide privacy on the front door. The curtain is hard to close if you are leaving. I think fitting a privacy screen on the door would be a better option. Another improvement needed is that the bathroom window is directly in view of the parking lot of next door neighbors. There was a small curtain to provide privacy but it felt uncomfortable to shower (glass shower) whenever anyone was in the parking lot. I feel like frosted windows would have been a better option for privacy. I ended up hanging a shirt every-time I had to shower. I saw multiple ant/insect traps in the house and saw one ant roaming on the first day but no issue

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. I loved everything about it. Very clean and it had everything I needed. After eating out for a couple of days, it was good to eat home cooked meal. Thank you, Marilyn.

Chelsea’s place was a dream find! Such a cute place. We enjoyed making dinner and playing cards on the back patio table. Weather was perfect! And the bed was so comfortable! Definitely would stay again!

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a short stay to enjoy cooler weather and reconnect with nature. We loved the beautiful home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches from the host. Whether you’re reading a book or watching a movie on the front porch, it’s the ultimate way to unwind. There’s also an easy trail through the woods where you can breathe in the scent of pine and listen to the birds sing. We will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Denise’s home was so quiet and comfy. It’s a charming little bungalow yet beautifully remodeled with all the modern amenities. I loved sitting on the back porch in the morning with my coffee, watching the birds and checking out the Mountain View. The location is great central to lots of sights: Jerome and old town Cottonwood are just a few minutes away and Sedona is an easy drive too. Bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. I’d love to stay again when I’m in the area.

Wonderful place. Perfect size for 2. Very up to date and nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The hosts were great. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Melanie and the entire staff were great. Very comfortable beds and love that they have televisions in each of the bedrooms. Very well stocked with plenty of bath towels and other needs such as body soap and shampoo. Well stocked kitchen with miscellaneous spices and condiments in the large refrigerator, I actually booked the unit next door, unit A for this week, due to unit B was not available. Would definitely recommend any of their rentals.

This is my new preferred location to stay in town. Love the patio in the back. Great place to rest and relax.
