Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coconut Grove, Miami

Host was very responsive and the place was clean! I appreciated the free coffee and fridge! Check in was easy and parking too :)

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

This is a small apartment in a great location. If you are visiting Miami and you want go out to explore and come back just to sleep and shower, then this is the perfect place for you. Chloe is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. Her welcome videos are very informative and with a charming French accent.

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Je recommande vivement !

Anthony was top notch. The best thing about him is he is super reliable. The electric stove was tough to process& once I informed him that I need help, he had someone at the door in less than thirty minutes! He is on time with everything & is always checking in to see how things are going even if you tell him you're doing fine. I felt super comfortable& safe in this Airbnb. I highly recommend Anthony's service. Nothing short of top tier & on time.

Carlos came through in a clutch! I’d originally booked another bnb and it was disgusting so I checked with no place to go! I found Carlos and booked with him on the same day. I got a note from bnb saying Carlos had 24 hours to approve my request, mind you I literally had no where to go. Carlos responded instantaneously accepting my request. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to find, the place was clean and smelled good. The bed was pretty comfy too. My only suggestion would be to buy new towels and better toilet paper! Also when I ran into a minor issue, I messaged Carlos and team and they responded immediately. I recommend this place.

Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

5 star stay and property! If it's available for our next trip, we hope to stay here again. Juliana was perfectly attentive while still allowing us privacy and to feel "at home". She responded within minutes to an inquiry about the smoke detectors because I forgot to turn on the stove exhaust hood. Equally, she answered me quickly when I had a small question regarding checkout. Everything was clean and clutter free, while still being comfortable. Lovely indoor and outdoor sitting spaces. Tons of extra linens and towels. No complaints whatsoever. The location was walkable to a great breakfast place and town, or a short drive. Great restaurants and ice cream spots nearby, too.

Amazing place to stay. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you may need. Description and pictures fully match the reality. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. I definitely would like to come back here.

Great place and excellent location—convenient, and close to everything I needed. The host was promptly responsive and made the check-in process smooth, flexible, and easy. The space was clean, well-kept, and just as described. My only small suggestion would be to consider providing complimentary coffee or tea, which would be a thoughtful touch for guests. Overall, I had a wonderful stay .Thank you!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Ana’s place was fabulous! Quiet, cozy, and just the right size for a quick, two-night stay in Miami. Would definitely recommend, and plan to stay again!

The place was absolutely wonderful really enjoyed staying there a very small Glitch with the Rest Room that needs a Small adjustment nothing to bad Write Bridgette she’s aware other then that would love to stay there again. Bridgette was wonderful to work with.

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

Our stay at Johana's place from June 5th to June 8th had some great aspects. The location was fantastic for exploring Miami, and the Airbnb was both clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated how responsive and flexible her team was. However, in Miami's intense summer heat, the A/C struggled to cool below 73°F (23°C), despite us needing it around 69°F (20.5°C) for our comfort. This issue meant we couldn't enjoy the balcony, as we were trying to preserve the cool air indoors. Overall, I'd recommend this Airbnb for visits to Miami, especially during the non-summer months. The host was great, flexible with check in and the unit was clean and well-situated. Our primary challenge was the air conditioning's limited cooling capacity in the summer heat.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
