Holiday rentals with a patio in Coconut Grove, Miami

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

We came to Miami for ABFF Industry Events. And We Really enjoyed staying here so much!! Our stay was Amazing, just sad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it longer. We had so much fun in Miami we barely got to experience the home. But when we did come back, it felt like Home. Such a quiet area, friendly neighbors, beautiful home, cozy place to stay overall. The Hosts are very nice. I would love to stay here again in the future.

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

I would definitely consider Sergio's place again. The mini-fridge with a cooler really came in handy. He even had a tray of ice that we used to keep our drinks cool at the beach. The area is so convenient, with so much to do. He even suggested couple places, that was nice of him. Thank you Sergio! One thing I do agree with the other comments on is the bed and pillows; they were definitely not the softest. Even so, for the price, location, and privacy, I would consider staying here again.

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

It was lovely spending 3 nights at Andre’s place. We were lucky to find this hidden gem in the heart of the city, very near to Coral Gables (great neighbourhood) and easy drive to downtown, Key Biscayne and Miami South beach. Lots of grocery and eating options within few mins of driving. We were travelling with our 3 year old and celebrated his birthday there and had such a great time waking up to birds and green surroundings. If you are traveling with kids, this is a great place to be with all the essentials stacked in the house. We are not done with the city and will be booking this again :) Thanks for hosting us!

the absolute best experience. we've been to coral gables 6 times in the past 5 months and I WISH we stayed here every single time. I would love to stay here over and over. Angel is wonderful and his place is perfection. every little detail and beyond has been thought of. beds are comfortable. it's so private, spacious and full of natural light. the backyard space is perfect and it's close to all of our favorite things. thank you so much for having us Angel. we couldn't have had a better stay.

10/10. Was extremely clean and has everything you need. Amenities were amazing and check in was simple. You get a nice parking spot right infront of the gate. 10-15 min drive depends on traffic to downtown.

Nice play to stay if you do not want to be located directly @Miami Beach, quite calm and good connection to highway. We had a rental car and enjoeyed the parking lot on the property. Our host was more than friendly and helped us fast and patient in some tricky situations. Interieur chosen for the small house is very nice. We can recommend this small house for max. 4 people. It´s possible to stay there with 5 as we did (or even 6 as described) but it will get a little tight but that might be a matter of taste. Keep it up, Carolina! And thanks again for the pastries on Fathers Day :-)

This is my second stay at the bungalow and as always it was exceptional. Carlos goes above and beyond. He truly cares about his guests and responds immediately. Honestly this is best Airbnb listed. He has kept the property in a immaculate state of perfection. We usually have to clean prior to settling but really this property as is was before is spotless. I felt right at home immediately and with Carlos as the host I felt very safe which is the most important factor. Definitely returning and looking forward to our stay. Thank you again Carlos!!

The truth is that the apartment super nice and Angel is very friendly, good area and everything as it was in the photos!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Our stay felt right at home ! Definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Miami !

I recently stayed at Tyler's listing and had an amazing experience. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like home away from home. Tyler was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local attractions and dining.
