Thank you Martha your place is just what the doctor ordered!! Relaxing, right on the water, Bay view is a plus, city view at night, chairs and towels w/ umbrellas plus while on the beach soaking in the sun and water GREAT!!!!! Will be back.

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

One of my favorite locations I have stayed in here in Miami. The hosts’ were Incredibly friendly, accommodating and communicative. I would move in it I could. 10/10 would recommend.

Really cool condo and in a great location. The bed was extremely comfy and was scented with fabric softener, it smelled amazing. Everything in the condo is pristine and immaculate but the amenities are the best part, you get to swim in one of the largest swimming pools in Miami while also getting to go to the sauna right afterward. Great to lounge under the sun and get a tan. The balcony is also super long and great for photography. Awesome place, great stay!

Our stay was right in the heart of downtown Miami perfect area nice location , walking distance to and from local garage that Pierre recommended to us . He recommended more than one parking option and we picked what we felt was best suitable for us. It was me and my homegirl and we felt like we were home away from home. Place looked exactly like pictures & the view was immaculate. Will book here again in the future

This is my second time staying this month. Close to cruise port and sporting events.

The house was perfect. We’ll most definitely book it again. The host was great with responding and communicating. The house was well equipped it had everything we needed we barely left and didn’t want to go back home. The house was immaculate I love the white marble floors and the smart kitchen. We enjoyed our stay I can’t wait to return.

The house is great — exactly like the pictures! Beth is a wonderful host: very friendly, super responsive, and extremely proactive. The place was spotless clean, and everything was just as expected. Highly recommend!

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

if you are coming to visit North Miami, Miami Beach this private Villa is perfect for a family trip to visit South Beach, the host was absolutely amazing The View was absolutely amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would and I will definitely be staying again with my family we had a great Father's Day weekend thank you so much!

We had an awesome stay at Mark’s apartment in Miami! The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The building is really nice with great amenities - loved the gym, pool, jacuzzi and the play area. Location was perfect too - walkable to tons of restaurants and shops, and really easy to get around (5 mins drive to Wynwood walls, 20 mins to Miami Beach). My kids loved watching the trains from the balcony. Mark was very responsive. We had a hiccup with parking but he solved it right away. Just a note for light sleepers that it can get noisy on the weekend but it’s expected for the convenience of the location. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here!

This was the cutest house! It was very clean and stocked with necessities. The host was very responsive and provided a few requested bonus items within 30 minutes. Would stay again.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at this Airbnb in Sanctuary Doral! The place was absolutely beautiful—spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I had to cancel a previous reservation last minute, and John truly saved my trip by accommodating me within the hour. His quick response and kindness made all the difference. The property itself had everything you could ask for—amazing amenities, a peaceful vibe, and a super cute plaza nearby with tons of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Miami. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The host was very responsive whenever I had questions or needed help with anything. The location is excellent—perfect for a staycation! The place is homey, nicely decorated, and very clean. Just a tip: if you're bringing more than one car, valet parking is available during operating hours, but after midnight, you will need to find your own parking as valet service MAY no longer be available. I would definitely stay here again—it was totally worth it!

I recently stayed at Tyler's listing and had an amazing experience. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like home away from home. Tyler was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local attractions and dining.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again
