A truly unforgettable stay! This private, spacious boathouse was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the unique character and thoughtful design—especially the stunning bolted ceiling that give the space more charm with a touch of grandeur. The bed was comfortable, making every night restful and serene. The bathroom was great with a big walk-in shower, and heated floors were a luxurious bonus we didn’t know we needed! Everything was spot on, blending comfort with a sense of adventure. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both cozy and strikingly unique, this is it!

The place was just fantastic. Very clean and well maintained, it was good to live there. The house has a large green garden and overlooks the main road. Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it is rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and a toilet with a small sink. The accommodation was spotless, very clean and functional. No complaints, everything matched the listing exactly.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment which was very centrally placed in Ruelle sur touvre. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and was beautifully furnished with much attention paid to detail. we loved all the old pots, antique weighing scales and arty pieces all around. A luxury studio in such a beautiful building, with a fantastic garden where many birds sing. We had good weather, wonderful outside, looked at Saintes but even more relaxing in the garden. Excellent
