The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

It's an incredibly spectacular house. Large comfortable and house room with its bathroom and total privacy. Ideal to share with friends and have a great time in the large patio with a pool. Cleanliness and comfort of 10!

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Big and nice Important to note that the location is not as it was indicated on the map in Airbnb where it seems like it very close to the old town. I think the address is correct in the ad, but it appears wrongly in the map on Airbnb

We only spent two days.. we felt very comfortable!! ideal for three ,four people. The Miramar area is the most quiet in Havana. The apartment is as seen in the photos. The pool is the best thing to do with the heat of Cuba. Tania and Pelayo are very friendly.. attentive to our needs. I 100% recommend this apartment. Kind regards.

The host and her family where great and very accommodating. Their home was nice, clean and on a quiet street. I was always out the house every morning so I was not bothered by the morning black outs plus there was just a hurricane that went through Cuba so it was expected that I would have power issues. I definitely recommend staying here its peaceful and private and the location was perfect for me. Thank you for having me.

My friends and I (6 people) felt safe and secure at Tania's house for two weeks. The house staff was polite and always available to help us and kept our stay comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to check in early in the morning upon arrival. A pleasant bonus was the presence of WiFi, which nevertheless can work unstable depending on the day of the week and time of day, which is a peculiarity of the work of the Cuban telecom operator. It is impossible not to mention the presence of a large terrace on the roof of the house, where in the evenings you can discuss with friends plans for the coming days of the trip and drink a couple of cocktails.

This place is beautiful a perfect spot for groups!!! I will definitely stay again!!!

I was staying for 17 days with the family impeccable attention. Lovely people. The expectacular house with all the amenities central and with supermarkets. Restaurants. Nearby. I am so grateful for the attention of the house staff. And the owner. Repeat re another ves. Everything is very clean. I will be happy to come back

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

The check-in was very easy with a warm welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfectly clean. We had access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. In front of the house there is a small supermarket and a bakery, on two streets there are fruits and vegetables. Very nice and helpful hosts. The area is very peaceful and clean. It was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Our stay at Luis' place was great! Luis and Sandra were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Anything that we needed they were able to provide for us, sometimes from their own apartment! Unfortunately two of my party got sick in the last few days of our trip. Luis was great about checking in with us and making sure our needs were met until they were feeling better. The space is clean and well kept. Things to be aware of: -This is not a touristic part of Havana, you live as the locals do -Power cuts are common and outside of the host's control -Spanish only, be comfortable with the language or have an offline translator We would definitely stay here again!

Alot of space. Definitely for 2 or more people. Nighttime was a bit noisy. Walking around day and night was as safe as it gets. The cell phone service he provided was awesome!

incredible value. we have the entire place to ourselves and it was just four of us. super helpful staff that gave recommendations on things to do and where to go along with exchanging money and making meals on demand. we hung out with them and got to really enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this location for groups that want to be close to everything and walkable. also nice that there is security at the house every evening and staff available 24/7 to help with any needs.

During our seventeen days in Cuba we stayed in Casa Nini for two periods. Really enjoyed!! A great Airbnb experience is for us, including getting good and relevant information in advance and during your stay. What we got here: Both from Nini in advance of your stay and by Franci during your stay. Franci conjured out lovely breakfasts and dinners. She assisted us with anything we needed help with, if it was to organize a ride, tip about restaurants and book tables to plan excursions and provide input on activities. In Franci, you get a hostess who expertly balances accessibility and privacy. But the most important thing was probably the good vibe she contributed to. A stay at Casa Nini will enrich your stay in Cuba. The roof terrace was used a lot. Both for meals and relaxation. Here you could retreat while you could sit on the edge and observe life down the street. We also have to mention that we got very good and safe drivers organized by Casa Nini.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!
