Loved our stay at Langetot! Everything was clean & tidy and as expected. Great location with nature all around. The hot tub was a great optional add-on & I enjoyed mornings in there reading & listening to the birds. Just a heads up for those coming from North America - the beds in the UK are quite a bit smaller & shower pressure is lower. We expected this but some might not.

The Old Farmhouse was one of the best equipped Airbnbs that we have ever stayed in. We particularly loved the hot tub and the four ponies/donkeys. Although you can walk around the fields surrounding the house, you have to drive to Finchingfield for food and drink etc. We had a Sainsbury’s supermarket delivery which worked well.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. A very relaxing cottage with lots of things to do around. Perfect for a relaxing weekend where you don’t need to leave the place. The cottage was beautiful and incredibly clean. We will definitely return.

Loved the accommodation there is a big step from the veranda so be careful it was so nice to get in from a busy day sightseeing and jump in the hot tub.

I booked Swallows Roost for the night before my wedding and the evening of. The accommodation was amazing. It was perfect for me, my bridal party and suppliers to get ready and feel relaxed and at home. Lucy and her family were so accommodating. Everything was stress free and easy. The downloadable guide was amazing, everything was covered, even the things I hadn’t considered including where the local EV chargers were. We can’t wait to book to stay again to spend our wedding anniversary next year! We would recommend Swallows Roost to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in sunny Suffolk.

Such a beautiful stay at this air bnb. Great for the dog with the enclosed garden, which was very secure, and plenty of lovely walks on the door stop. The sauna and the hot tub were a great addition too.

This was our second time in Lavenham and our second stay at Esther’s. The house is easy to find (parking outside the front door if available) and get access to. The house is clean, well furnished and had most, if not all of everything extra we wanted. Over the weekend that included a BBQ, fan, clothes horse and some biscuits! Esther is very responsive and accommodating, a great host.

An absolute gem, only minutes from Cambridge & the IWM Duxford. We used one if the nearby ParknRides to go into Central Cambridge, great idea, easy use. David was a great host, discrete, helpful & responsive. Clock Cottage was comfy & well stocked. Thank you, we had a lovely stay.

We wish we could keep this place to ourselves, The best kept cleanest property we have stayed in for a very long time. Sue and Richard are very responsive and the Cake! Yes Cake! Sue baked was terrific. The surroundings were perfect for us, Fields to the front across the lane and open fields to the back. Pub is about a ten minute walk down the lane (it serves brilliant food) you can also walk through the field via a path which is nice on a beautiful day. The neighbours are very friendly and Hector the dog was brilliant. I seriously have nothing bad to say about Sue and Richards place except we had to leave...at the end of our stay. Yes this is a cottage that we will return to if not buy

Perfect for those who are looking for a bit of peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings! The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. The garden leads to beautiful fields so it was great for our dog too!

Peaceful stay at this lovely very large house. Kids were well catered for with the games room and big garden with swings. Everything with spotless and Catherine was so helpful. We loved it

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Barn Annexe. Our stay was perfect. The annexe is clean , very comfortable, peaceful and a beautiful location . We really rated the annexe and would love to return. If you want a perfect restful place to stay this is the one. Plus our dog loved the massive garden as did we. Highly recommended. Thanks Jon and Zoe for being perfect hosts .

Stunning scenery and views, amazing quiet and birdwatching. What a very special place to stay, beautiful walks from the front door. Also very lovely to find out more about the family history behind the house and the special memories it holds for them. This area was new to us and so beautiful!

The cottage was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and well equipped. I think it was even better than the photos! Everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The garden was lovely to sit in and secure for my dog. Nick advised us on the quieter dog walks and we had some lovely walks in the countryside and along the river, with some stunning views. I found that all the dog walkers I met were very considerate and put their dogs on leads even before they realised that mine was reactive. This made the walks much more relaxed than usual. Whilst I didn’t use my car all weekend, as it was just me and my dog, along with the walks there are many things to see and do in this area. I would love to come back with my husband and explore it further. I would definitely recommend the cottage.

A peaceful and rejuvenating stay at the Tea Caddy. We never wanted to leave! We enjoyed the beautiful garden, so much so we ended up getting engaged under the blossoming tree!

Spent two nights at this beautiful place, it was perfect and immaculate, will look forward to returning.

Sue’s place is amazing! Super easy clear instructions, very clean and absolutely beautiful! We had our dinner outside looking at the gorgeous wildflower field! Unfortunately we were only there for a short time as had a wedding reception in the evening - we wish we could have stayed longer!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect: close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel extra welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sarah and Scott are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and welcoming yet valued our privacy. The independent suite was super clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. The property itself is in a rural area, which we appreciated for its peacefulness, but it does require a car.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at The Stables. We felt at home and really appreciated the condiments for cooking and the food hamper. It’s a very peaceful and private space and great to have off road parking. Excellent place to stay for the Aldeburgh music festival, birdwatching and walking with fabulous local pubs. Karen is a wonderful host, so prompt and keen to help. We are a couple with a 21 year old.

We had a lovely time at Little Blue Cottage. It’s located in a very nice village with great amenities. Close by to some lovely walking trails and the water. It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights with everything you need within walking distance. Lauren is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

A very cozy little cottage, in an excellent location. The hosts have thought of everything needeed and used the space extremely well. We felt very comfortable there and would come again. We loved the fact that it had bascis, like teabags, sugar, milk, oil and some washing up liquide, which is super, if you are only staying for a long weekend as we did and are travelling from abroad (with no option to take such things home).
