Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

The Hen House

Our barn, less than 10 minutes from Lake of the Ozarks, has a finished apartment upstairs. King size tempurpedic mattress and pull out couch for more guests. Large bathroom and oversized shower with two shower heads. Big TV in living and bedroom areas. High speed fiber WiFi on site. Big deck has nice views of the 100 acre property. Huge parking area. Active egg laying farm, so farm fresh eggs provided! Less than 20 minutes to the LOOP, Loto Off Road, Jacobs Cave, and many other attractions!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is the perfect central Missouri home. Located only 25 miles from Truman Lake, 45 miles to Lake of the Ozarks, and 23 miles to the MO state fair. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 in the basement. All have queen size beds. Bath on main floor has tub and the one in basement has shower. Large country kitchen.
