Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

Keep it simple in our cozy cabin in the woods. This cabin features 1 loft bedroom upstairs accessed by a ladder and a full kitchen and living room. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport
