Laundryhouse è la metà di una casa che ha una lunga storia: una storia che parte da prima del novecento, quando le case si costruivano in tufo, con i cortili interni e i giardini laterali dove coltivare arance e limoni. Vissuta per tanti anni e poi un po' abbandonata, oggi la casa è rinata completamente.
