Amazing, definitely coming back

It was truly an awesome spot to stay at. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The hosts left sodas in the fridge, spices in the cabinet, snacks on the counter, and more. The hosts were also very friendly and polite. Whenever I had a question, they would answer immediately. I would 100% recommend this spot to anybody who is interested in staying at Naples, FL.

Anne and Shane have created something truly amazing! I haven’t slept that good in years! My husband and I actually meant to see what mattress they used because it was COMFY. I even went so far as to try and amazing the linens because they were just that good. It was the perfect amount I space for us and our long weekend. We spent our weekend at sanibel and even managed to bring home a massive conch shell. We’ve decided that if Anne and Shane will have us, we want to come back year after year. Everything was perfect- the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a roomy shower, and they even provided all sorts of extras for any activity you may what to do(bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which we room full advantage of). 10/10 experience! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Best decision ever!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Hopes place was beautiful. It is brand new and in a great location. Every amenity was there and it felt like home. The only issue I had was the smoke detector battery died at 2am and that noise is loud and doesn’t stop until you fix it. Hope had it fixed the next morning. The other issue odd we rented paddle boards for the weekend thinking we could use the dock to lower them in be water but it was broke and wouldn’t be fixed at all to use. We had already paid so lost money on that. I would definitely stay here again even with the few issues we had. Hope was very responsive and we loved being on the water. Went fishing right off the dock and caught fish. Amazing place with a few hiccups.

This space is definitely one of the top booking I’ve ever had. We would definitely be back.

Chris' place was nothing short of amazing. The neighborhood is very quaint and walkable, and the house itself is exactly like the pics, but better. It was incredibly clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of pool towels and toys. The rooms all have sleep number beds which are very comfortable and the primary suite is HUGE. The covered and enclosed lanai was very spacious and there were many different seating options. The pool and spa were clean and I loved being able to control the spa from the tablet. Chris was also super responsive in the app and was accommodating for our group switching the dates of our trip. I stayed here twice in 3 weeks, once with family and once with a girls trip and there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. I would not hesitate to book Chris' place again and again!

We holiday twice a year in and around the waterways. This property is without doubt the best we have stayed in. The location, the furniture, everything in the house was excellent. Crissy was always on hand and on a couple of occasions had some items delivered immediately to the house…. Such a superb host and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem at all for her…. This place was absolutely amazing! The outdoor area and pool were the highlights — beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a private resort. The home itself was tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. We were a big group and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with so many essentials, which made the stay super convenient. They even had everything needed for a day at the beach with the whole family. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

Stacy was great and very responsive! The condo had beautiful views of the marina. Pool was very clean and close to the condo. We usually had it to ourselves. Many great beaches within a short drive! Our daughter lives in Naples and we were there to welcome our first granddaughter so we stayed a few weeks and it had everything we needed! The beach chairs worked out great! Thank you Stacy!

We had a great stay at Rammel's place. The apartment was clean and spacious and Rammel was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect.

Accurate as described. Clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the worst mosquito outbreak in years literally prevented anyone from using the pool. Too bad...it seemed like such a nice one. But...it is the Everglades.

Our stay was fantastic. Dina was kind and she gave us very clear instructions on how to enter her place and how to leave it upon check out. I am very happy we stayed at the place! You should book here too!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Only a 5 minute drive to Bonita Beach. Susan was very friendly and responsive.
