Great place to kick back and relax by the great pool.

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

Amazing, definitely coming back

Anne and Shane have created something truly amazing! I haven’t slept that good in years! My husband and I actually meant to see what mattress they used because it was COMFY. I even went so far as to try and amazing the linens because they were just that good. It was the perfect amount I space for us and our long weekend. We spent our weekend at sanibel and even managed to bring home a massive conch shell. We’ve decided that if Anne and Shane will have us, we want to come back year after year. Everything was perfect- the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a roomy shower, and they even provided all sorts of extras for any activity you may what to do(bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which we room full advantage of). 10/10 experience! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Best decision ever!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo in Fort Myers, Florida. The place was beautiful, spotless, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The owner was incredibly responsive, very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Huge, clean and fun location. We ran out of time and wish we had time to use the beach chairs and umbrellas, bbq and Foozball but the place was big enough to have several couples in the four bedrooms. Restaurants were less than a mile’s walk. Met the hosts personally and a pleasure.

The house was beautiful and in a good location. Close to everything we needed along with shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating with our late check in and replied quickly to our questions.

I would recommend anyone interested in staying at Marco Island to stay here! Timberly was so very helpful throughout the process. The lodging truly felt as if it were a home that was taken care of by an owner who uses it, rather than a simple investment vehicle that is bare bones. Timberly was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The whole process was a breeze. Everything was clean and operated properly. The pool, space, and neighborhood were perfect for us!

Stay a few days at Carla's place and couldn't be happier. Place was spotless clean and decorated nicely. Mike Cohost showed us the house and it was very nice to have someone to show you the place, it show how dedicated they are to make sure you have an unforgettable vacation at their home. Pool was huge . All bedroom were very big and comfortable bed. Everything you need in provided. In addition house is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Naples, Lesly. Everything is close by Marco island is 24 minutes aways while 5th st is about 15 min. Highly recommended you will not regret staying here. Thank you Carla it was a pleasure staying at your place.

The place was in excellent condition and very well maintained. The host was attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. It's located just 15 minutes from the beach, which was super convenient. Great experience overall. I highly recommend it

Great place to stay. Amenities were super especially the pool. It was great to have access to beach accessories. House is spacious and lanai is huge. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and the airport. Lana was quick to respond to all of our questions. Would recommend staying here and will again as we visit the area. This place was absolutely amazing! The outdoor area and pool were the highlights — beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a private resort. The home itself was tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. We were a big group and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with so many essentials, which made the stay super convenient. They even had everything needed for a day at the beach with the whole family. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

Christopher's condo is modern, well-organized, clean, accessible to golfing, and full of other amenities. We love the beautiful view of the lighted, water fountain in the courtyard from the balcony. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us to enjoy Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

We liked this spot! The flat was clean, neat and had everything one could need to cook and cater at home. It was just my wife and I so plenty of space for us. We liked the marina, pool was great! Also the location was perfect for our needs, near enough to Naples and Marco Island, but a much more relaxed and peaceful setting! Also nice and near to Everglades adventures that we were mainly interested in!

Se trata de un apartamento muy acogedor, no falta nada y todo está cuidado. Si bien no está sobre la playa, está a un cruce de calle y es muy cerca. La playa es una de las mejores que conocí. Rammel se encarga en todo momento que la estadía sea genial. Muy recomendable!

Accurate as described. Clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the worst mosquito outbreak in years literally prevented anyone from using the pool. Too bad...it seemed like such a nice one. But...it is the Everglades.

Our stay was fantastic. Dina was kind and she gave us very clear instructions on how to enter her place and how to leave it upon check out. I am very happy we stayed at the place! You should book here too!!!!

Location! Location! Location!... We walked to local restaurants. Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream and the awesome new Warehouse Cafe coffee shop are right across the street. Mini Golf just down the road. And! The beach is just a mile away. The condo was exactly as described. Well appointed. Super clean. And shades of blue in the decor brings a cool coastal vibe. Thank you, Anthony.
