JJ’s small town country retreat

Take a step back in time to this old farm house. Located on the corner of our little town called Badjeros. This house was built in the 1930s and it’s been in our family for over 80 years. Since then there has been numerous upgrades to the house as well as a large 1200 square foot open concept addition built onto the existing house. While out in the country, this house is central to many attractions in the area 1.5 hours south of Toronto/GTA. Blue Mountain/ Collingwood is 30 minutes north.

Note: Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with jacuzzi spa Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Welcome to our four season bunkie retreat on the river. Leave the world behind and seek comfort and peace at Riverside Ranch. Imagine starting your day reconnecting with nature amidst wooded walking trails. Along your walk you see geese swimming in the river, goats exploring the woods, and Highland cattle grazing in the pasture.
