Haras Quinta Conrado, a dream come true!

Haras Quinta Conrado was dedicated for a long time to the breeding of “quarter mile” horses, obtaining the highest distinctions in the Rural del Prado for 10 years. It was the 1st Haras in Uruguay to set up a laboratory for transferring equine embryos and marketing them. It was a pioneer in spreading the reining discipline, organizing two Reining Clinics with Franco Bertolani, who is now triumphing in the USA, and made important genetic contributions in Uruguay with the incorporation of bloodstock.

A block and a half from the coast and beach area, 2km from the center and old town, 3km from Plaza de Toros (Bullring), 2km from the shopping mall and surrounded by essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, service station). Living room with wood stove. Study: bunk bed, refrigerator, tableware, microwave and heater. Bedroom: double bed, dressing room, TV with chromecast, air conditioning.

The Pink House in the Historic Quarter

The Casa Rosada de Colonia del Sacramento is located in the Historic District, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. In front of the ruins and archaeological remains of what was the residence of the Portuguese governor during the colonial era and in front of the Basilica Church of the Blessed Sacrament. The house sleeps up to 6 people. Three bedrooms with a bathroom each. Kitchen, large dining room, wood-burning stove. Terrace, balcony, large back with grill.

El Nido -The Nest

El Nido is a comfortable small house in the countryside of Colonia del Sacramento with 2 bedrooms (one double bed, one twin). There's a pool to enjoy the summer months. From here you'll discover the "other" Colonia, the one in the country, just ten minutes away from the old town by car. We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.
