The carpenter's cottage is decorated in vintage woodworking and logging tools that have been used for several generations in our family. Rainier has a rich history of logging, lumber and woodworking. Some tools have been found nearby. Enjoy a peaceful country setting with deer, birds, occasional bobcat, squirrels, raccoons, occasional elk, but is a short walk to town. Watch deer munch on apples and relax in the shade as you walk around our 14 acres or enjoy them from your windows.

Site has multiple river access and walking path. The unit is nicely decorated with living area, dining, bedroom with queen bed and loft with double bed. Property is 4 miles from the town of Kalama where there are multiple restaurants and antique shops. Special events can be hosted at site.

The Bunk House

The Bunk House is the perfect place to slow down, unwind and reset! Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen bed, air conditioner, electric fireplace, kitchen area, sink, bottled water, microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, and everything you need for simple meals. Outside, relax around the wood-burning or propane fire pit, or cook on the propane camp stove and/or grill. No indoor plumbing. A private porta-potty (heated in colder months) and a seasonal outdoor shower.
