Great location if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet time. less than a block away from a gorgeous park for running/walking. Beautiful neighborhood. Place was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. The high celling gives the feeling of a much bigger place. Super comfortable large studio. Jon was a fantastic host, flexible and very responsive. He was on site, so he popped in to help me operate the fireplace. Very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I loved the place.

This place is an absolute gem. The inside is newly remodeled/redecorated and it is so cute. We especially loved the functional record player which also could pair with our phone to play music from spotify. I can't stress how perfect this location is. You are just a quick trip downstairs to the brewery with lots of delicious food and beverages. We stayed here for two nights with our 5mo baby- one of the nights we stayed was trivia night in the brewery and let me tell you our baby slept great upstairs we couldn't hear any sound coming from below. Just a few steps away from the columbia river and St. Helens downtown shops make it the perfect place. Christine is a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating and thoughtful- we loved the personal note she left to welcome us. Next time we stay in St. Helens we will defiantly stay here!

It's a beautiful view out the back deck looking into the trees. Nice separation of the bedrooms so it didn't feel crowded. The beds were so comfortable too! Really appreciated the coffee, wine, welcoming snacks and a full spice rack. Would definitely stay there again.

Ambers home (The Upper 8) is a cozy A frame with modern appliances and thoughtful touches anywhere you look. With tons to do, we were never bored and with excellent kitchen appliances and a nice grill we cooked a feast. Amber was always quick to respond with any questions. I highly recommend this place and would gladly visit again.

Our stay in Catherine’s home exceeded expectations. The house is clean, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed views of the Columbia river and the beautiful natural surroundings. The house is close enough to Portland and other local destinations (Astoria, Oregon coast) for day trips. The kitchen is very well appointed so we cooked several nice meals. The beds are super comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels. The hot tub was a treat on a rainy, cold day. Catherine was a responsive, generous host.
