This villa in South Goa was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway, especially during the rainy season. Surrounded by lush greenery, it felt calm and refreshing — exactly what we were looking for. The villa is beautifully done, spacious, and comes with all the modern amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden and enjoying the sound of the rain. It’s a great spot for a slow, nature-filled staycation. Definitely recommending it to friends!

Stayed at the property as family ( 4 adults 2 kids )for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay ! Even before we checked in the clear direction to property helped a lot. The place is absolutely new (just like pics) and was spotless when we checked in. You could easily make out someone decorated the place with lot of love and modern aesthetics. Caretaker Narayan was already at the property and made sure it was handed over to us in pristine condition. Every single area of property is planned for the most comfortable stay ! loved the modern kitchen with full utensils & cutlery . Bedrooms were well lit and had a cozy vibe ! - had a sitout balcony which is great . living room onhad a home theatre and big tv which kids loved ! The pool is private and absolutely clean even considering it's monsoon season. Markets are close by & delivery for food is available ! Absolutely recommended ! Julie was quick for any query 😊. Ample parking space ! Safe gated ! quiet neighborhood! loved walking around!

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family. The place is quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. My elderly parents felt truly at home. The calm surroundings were perfect for them. The beach is just a short walk away. The hosts were amazing. They were always kind, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We truly appreciated their care and support. The Villa is the best deal you can ever get in the South. Its pretty close to the railway station all the guidance is provided by the owner very well. The moment you reach there the Care Taker is the best deal you get in this purchase believe me or not. His name is Sultan. He is at his foot, You need help with any issue even late in the night he will be there. He is the cherry on the cake. Make sure to book this property if visiting the south.

good for a family of four feels like a home stay

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍
