The house is located four km from Guejar Sierra, a beautiful mountain village in the Charcón area, 20 minutes from Granada and Sierra Nevada and its ski slopes, 50 minutes from the tropical coast, located on the banks of the Genil River, the heart of the Sierra Nevada natural park, a place admired for its great landscape value with the best hiking trails such as the Vereda de la Estrella.
