Très beau studio, complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et avec une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

You can also enjoy your private terrace and a beautiful pool.

In a charming Provençal house overlooking the Garrigue, rent independent accommodation, adjoining the pool and garden. Deckchairs and relaxation are at your disposal. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and small living room, and the other with a 140 cm bed Bathroom with shower and toilet. Children must be able to swim and be under parental supervision.
