A few minutes from the ski area "Zoncolan" and the Terme di Arta, convenient starting point for hiking in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.
