Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Comillas

The house was great, very clean and comfortable and decorated and furnished with many personal and attractive touches. Being on the edge of the village, with wonderful views, it felt very private, especially as we used the covered outside seating area for meals. Highly recommended.

Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! AMAZING stay at María's absolutely stunning home. No one wanted to leave and the Spaniards in our group were already plotting their return. (We would all return in a heartbeat but most of us live in Chicago.) As others have noted, it is even more beautiful than the photos and so incredibly peaceful. Additionally, María is an outstanding host, going above and beyond for us. She was flexible on our arrival time when it took us longer to get there than expected. She gave great recommendations and even delivered a second crib at 11PM. Thank you, María!

We stayed here three nights with our four children while exploring the Picos. The photos don’t do it justice. Incredible nice space with the most lovely patio. Very clean and private feeling. Potes is an easy ~8 min drive away for restaurants. You’re within an hour of several great hikes in the Picos de Europa. One hike we (which we unfortunately have time to do) departs right from behind the home. Host was very communicative and helpful. Hope to come back some day!

Amazing stay at the adorable Teresa's. The accommodation is peaceful, very pleasant and functional for a couple with a small one. The beautiful garden overlooks a very pretty view. Teresa is a very thoughtful and solar host. Thank you again so much for everything!!! Emma, Louis, and Charlie.

Traveling as a couple, Ramón, even without having met him, was very kind and willing to help in whatever was necessary. The house is as described, if you don't know the area yet... What are you waiting for? You'll love it, and Ramón's place is the perfect place to stay and get around the area. We will definitely return 😉

Everything was perfect, Yolanda was very nice, she made it easy for us to leave, and it's a good distance from places with a lot of charm. The apartment was great, I definitely recommend it

Susana's apartment was just perfect for a short break. Everything is sparkling clean and very nicely furnished. There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The beaches are also nearby. All in all, a perfect vacation.

We had an amazing time at Magda‘s place. It is very beautiful, nicely located and equipped with everything you need. Magda supported us with many recommendations and her food is amazing! If you come, you should definitely order all of it! 😊 It’s a very good place to relax and enjoy nature. The region is very beautiful and Magda knows all the nice places around.

If you want peace and a beautiful view, this is a great place. From the balcony, you can look out over a bay with the sea in the distance. From the apartment, you can easily explore the surroundings. We visited Comillas and the Gaudi house. Santillana Del Mar, a beautiful medieval village, is a half-hour drive away. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and walk a long way along the sea. There is a hotel on the boulevard where you can order a delicious fresh jus or cappuccino. The apartment is clean and equipped with every comfort. Even when it is above 30 degrees, the sea wind cools. We had a great time

We had a wonderful stay at Sarai’s apartment as a couple with a young baby and a grandmother along with us. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, with all listed amenities - perfect as a base to explore Cantabria and Santander. The terrace was lovely in the sunshine! Also, Sarai made sure there was a baby cot and baby high chair (and even left a teddy bear and baby towel!). We would heartily recommend this apartment!

The accommodation was perfect, very well located, well equipped, very clean. We were greeted by Miguel, with great kindness. The parking in front of the accommodation was perfect for our motorcycles, note that access through the paved alleys a little slippery requires a lot of vigilance.

Amparo and María are great hosts - friendly, always approachable and yet discreet. The apartment is very cozy and perfectly equipped. We were particularly pleased with the food and drinks provided (cake, coffee, milk, water, cola & beer). The absolute highlight, however, is the beautiful terrace with a truly spectacular view. We would have preferred not to leave the apartment, the view was so beautiful. Suances is a relaxed surfing village with nice restaurants and cafés. At the beginning of June, it was still pre-season and not all restaurants were open. Tip for a cocktail or snack with a fantastic view of the sunset in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: Bar "El Castillo de los Locos". Thanks again for the nice stay, we'd love to come back.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, great location equal distance to beaches and old town, lovely walks in every direction, it’s hilly but everywhere is! Only note is the terrace is on the front porch, quite pleasant and gets the sun but not secluded/private. Luis was a fantastic host and we would stay again.

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

Beautiful apartment!!

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

Diana was so lovely, she did a great job explaining everything despite the language barrier. The flat is in a private location in a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, beach etc and we managed to find parking outside.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

This apartments is nicely decorated & very centrally located in San Vicente. Its a stone's throw from the center of town, restaurants, shops and gives you a glimpse into what it would be like to live in this area. We loved exploring San Vicente & the surrounding towns as well as going into the mountains. Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. They are very attentive at all times.With parking in the door and garage. Very complete, looking forward to coming back.
