Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. The location is just great, walkable distance from main objectives of the city. If I come again in Como, i would choose the same location :) Thank you for a great experience

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Merci Mattia, et ses parents de l’accueil et de la vue qui est parfaite sur le lac depuis le balcon, avec l’accès privé au lac en bas de l’appartement ! Tout était très propre si on doit revenir à Côme on reviendra ici merci ! Grazie mille Louis & Chiara

Luisa was a great host, proactively providing easy instructions for the property. The apartment was lovely with great amenities and in a fantastic position for seeing Como and access to the ferry for other towns. We had such a lovely stay at Luisa’s apartment! Thank you Luisa

Paolo est sympathique et réactif. La terrasse est grande, utilisable toute la journée (à l'ombre l'après-midi) et la vue est magnifique. Le logement est bien et agréable pour 2 personnes. Le lit est confortable. Les 200m à parcourir à pieds sont plats donc faciles. Quelques détails à noter : l'isolation acoustique est moyenne (on entend les sanitaires des autres logements le matin de bonne heure), le réfrigérateur a du mal à tenir le froid et la salle d'eau commence à montrer quelques signes d'usage (meuble sous lavabo et douche). En conclusion, le logement est très agréable mais peut-être un peu cher (c'est sans doute la région qui veut cela)

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

The apartment was exactly as described, and Silvia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, which made checking in easy. It’s true that you need to climb some stairs to reach the place, but the view is more than worth it, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again.

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

Beautiful apartment in a quiet non tourist area but only 3 minutes on the train into Lake Como area.Really great host who was so helpful.I would definitely stay here again but jump on the train to the lake for the tourist experience although we loved the peace of Borghi.The apartment is spotless and it was great having the supermarket across the road which has a lovely clothes shop and a chemist all in one place .The train station is five minutes away and buses are frequent to take you anywhere .

This is an AWESOME Airbnb, I've been to Como several times and this is one of the best spots we've stayed in. It couldn't be more central to the action and is directly above a wonderful cafe. The A/C unit here was also ice cold which is nice if you're visiting during the hot summer months or are American like this. Roberto met us at the unit and was very helpful, the space is large and well represented. 10/10.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this one is fabulous. Very large for a European apartment. Very new, very clean. Every touch was excellent. The hosts provided free champagne, coffee and water. Can’t say enough about how great this place was. Highly highly recommend.

Radu was an amazing host! The place was beautiful, practical, and clean, with a great location close to a big supermarket. Our host was friendly, responsive, and provided excellent local tips. Highly recommend!

Maria is the best air bnb host we have ever had. She was extremely kind, informative of the area, and was very responsive. You will not go wrong booking this stay in moltrasio. The town was very charming and had a quiet pace with the stay having an amazing view of the lake as well.
