It is located in the city centre a stone's throw from the historic centre and the central San Giovanni station, also the terminus of the main bus lines. The neighbourhood offers all the main services: parking, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, bar. All the local and tourist attractions can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

A comfortable apartment, approx. 65 square meters, in an 18th-century house located on a typical street by our wonderful lake, which does not allow access by car. Very quiet area. You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the location. The nearest station is Lake Como. Within a 15-minute walk, negotiating a small climb, you'll be at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and lake.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
