THE APARTMENT: Just 2 blocks from Parque Lezama and 3 blocks form famous Plaza Dorrego, the main place in San Telmo, this is a great place to experience San Telmo. the apt. features one bedroom with very comfortable Queen bed, full bathroom with bathtub, an office space, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, and a full eat-in kitchen with all appliances. The apt. has a nice balcony facing Parque Lezama and you can even see Boca Juniors stadium and a little bit of the river. It has a lot of light. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is located in the historic San Telmo district of Buenos Aires where you will be delighted by the local "Belle Epoque" architecture with strong influences from both France and Italy and the distinctive character of the streets that inspired the tango. Plaza Dorrego is only one block from the apartment where you can find a large range of restaurants and cafes. The Plaza is also the centre for artists from all around Buenos Aires who congregate here to share their skills and to sell their art. It is also the home of some of the most colourful and interesting antique shops selling exquisite objects from Argentina's past. Every weekend the plaza and adjoining streets are buzzing with street markets selling everything from curiosities to antique doors. The market is also accompanied by street artists who will charm you with their performances. Nightlife is also very present with some exciting bars and clubs in a very safe and continuously patrolled area. Very close to Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo and other famous places of Buenos Aires. Christmas and New Year rates are 10% more. Security deposit will be in cash and returned at check out.

Comfortable and close to everything!

I'm very well located! Close to many means of transportation, even 1 block from my house there is a bus that brings you and takes you to Ezeiza International Airport. There is a supermarket next to my house (another open 24 hours a day 6 blocks away). There are several banks in the area and lots of restaurants. Walking a few blocks from my house you will find tourist and historical places such as the obelisk, Colón Theater, Barolo Palace, Café Tortoni, Casa Rosada, National Congress or the San Telmo neighborhood. Everything is close!
