Hermoso lugar rodeado de manantiales de agüita termal, el lugar es bastante rústico muy lindo para salir de la rutina, si buscas desconectarte en familia es el lugar perfecto: las personas que atienden el lugar son súper amables y atentos, si no tienen ganas de cocinar, también te recomiendo la sopa de gallina deliciosa, sin duda volvería, puntos a tomar en consideración: sólo una habitación tiene Aire Acondicionado, aunque en la noche refresca bastante, la calle para llegar al lugar en esta época lluviosa se pone un poco lodoso

This place was great. Awesome hospitality. The space was more than enough room for 3 people with all the amenities that we needed and then some, the area was very secure. The beach is a short distance away and was beautiful. Cannot say enough how great the place was. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

The house was beautiful and as described. We took our grandmother there to get her out of her home in the city for a few days and it was just perfect. She was happy and at peace. It was worth it. The pool was great and the hosts were friendly.

We selected this home based on previous reviews and photos, and were so happy that we chose it! Roberto, Eneida and Monica were so gracious and hospitable. We appreciated the connections that Roberto helped us with , to have our day on the lake with jet skis for a couple of hours from a local rental...use of the kayaks on site....and the boat was available for rental if we wanted to use it. We were able to order some delicious papusas one evening, thanks to Roberto's help and willingness to row across the lake to get our order!! We loved having plenty of towels available, for pool and bathing, without having to bring them along in our suitcases!! The Host has responded to previous reviews and has a new refrigerator added to a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the amenities available! Our family enjoyed a couple of peaceful days together here, and we hope to be back for another enjoyable stay~ Thanks for sharing this beautiful space!

Un lugar 100% recomendado, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una linda estadía, clima agradable, buena ubicación... las fotografías no le hacen honor a lo bonita y acogedora que es la vivienda. Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en el rancho. El lugar es muy amplio, limpio y perfecto para compartir con familia o amigos. Algo que valoramos mucho es que el acceso está completamente pavimentado, lo cual facilita muchísimo la llegada en carro sedán. La atención fue de primera; David siempre estuvo al pendiente, y Mario, quien cuida el rancho, fue muy amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estadía. Definitivamente lo recomendamos si estás buscando un lugar tranquilo y bonito para relajarte y disfrutar con los tuyos. ¡Gracias por todo!

We had an amazing experience at Joe's place in Xanadu. Although we came across a couple of glitches, Joe quickly responded to my messages and had assistance readily available. He's also a very caring host. One suggestion I would make is probably access to better internet or WiFi. During my stay, we had a couple of minor health issues going on and it took some effort to get a good signal to communicate with Joe, Uber drivers and other family members to ask for assistance. I found a few spots around the house with relatively good reception, however, in instances when it's hard to move around or want to stay away from the heat, a better signal would have taken that additional stress off. Other than that, Joe's place is wonderful and he is an amazing host. Highly recommend him and his place. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

Beautiful, modern home right on the shore of Lake Coatepeque. We loved the pool, the breathtaking views, and the direct access to the lake. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the house was always clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help at any time. Overall, it’s a stunning place and we really enjoyed our stay.

El lugar fue perfecto para desconectarse. Todo limpio, rodeado de naturaleza y con un clima fresco que se disfruta al máximo. Luis fue muy atento durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

If you’re looking for something bigger for 4-5 people, this house is perfect! Enough space for everyone, AC works perfectly in two of three rooms. Kitchen has all essentials you need if you’d like to cook there. Perfect location with short walks to two different swimming places. Short uber ride to restaurants, stores etc. She also has cute little bar area in the backyard for small get togethers! 10/10 would recommend this home and will be going back next year!

Muy bonito lugar para alejarse de la ciudad. Bety nos ayudó mucho con las direcciones para llegar a la propiedad, siempre estuvo disponible para que no nos faltara nada, hasta nos vendió miel. Excelente atención por parte de ella.

We loved Monty’s house. It is exactly what it shows in the pics. I hated leaving the peaceful sounds of the sea to come home. It’s well maintained and close to everything that you could need. The caretakers were very helpful. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. There number of beds in 1 of the bedrooms was inaccurate and we had to move some people around but we made it work. It was a beautiful property and we enjoyed it. Lupe was very helpful.

Great stay!! In walking distance to all the restaurants and local shops. The beds were so comfy and the hot water a plus. The breakfast is included and it was delicious. 10/10.

This was such an amazing house to stay in! It was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I stayed here with my two kids, and we all had a wonderful time from enjoying the pool to exploring the beautiful country around us. Lupita was absolutely incredible. She was always available when we needed her and even cooked for us, her food was amazing! God bless her. If you stay here, definitely reach out to Lupita for any services you might need she was such a great help and made everything so easy. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Pasamos un buen momento en familia. Al llegar fuimos recibidos por la persona encargada quien nos explico las instrucciones de la casa. Los afitriones estaban pendientes y contestaban tan pronto como podian a nuestros mensajes. Quedamos invitados a regresar.

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful, we had everything we needed for a relaxing time. We loved having Coco join our family for our stay. The pool was great for cooling down. My husband is originally from Santa Ana and this was our first time visiting the country and his first time back in over 30 years. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

The house is amazing! It’s as seen in the pictures, probably even better in person! I will most definitely be back!
