Beachfront holiday rentals in Condado Beach

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

We had the best time staying at Good Vibes! Rey was super helpful and kind when we went to the wrong location. Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get into PR till 11pm and we were lost and he came and picked us up. He also gave us great recommendations for food! The place is a great distance from the beach and all the restaurants but at the same time tucked away where it is peaceful and quiet at night. Would in a heartbeat come back to stay at Good Vibes again!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment and complex was very nice. We loved how close it was to a very clean beach. About 15min by uber to Old San Juan and about 10 minutes to SJU. Luis was quick to respond to my messages. And the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The area wasn’t very touristy, but it felt safe. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Super clean and nice place to stay, very pleasant n comfy. Right next to beach. Perfect hosts Melina and Polet. Extremely responsive. Enough towels, toiletries etc for stay. Well stocked place. Don't ever change!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

We booked the same day and it was easy. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the apartment. Place is very clean and beautiful views.

What you see on the web site is what you get. I say this in a good way. This was our first Airbnb, and we were a bit nervous at the beginning because of horror stories we’ve seen/heard. We were delightfully surprised. The view is impressive, and you can tell that the owner upkeeps the property. The place was clean and ready for us. The washer and dryer are a big plus if you want to pack light. In a nutshell, the place is like a home away from home. If the place was a wonderful stay, the attention by the host, Ms. Beatrice, was even better. From the beginning of the rental, she immediately started to communicate with us. As we got closer to the rental date, she provided additional details for parking, electronic keys, wi-fi password, etc. The instructions were dead on which made the stay stress free. There was no question left unanswered, no matter the time or day. We cannot thank Ms. Beatrice enough. The beach is right behind the condominium. Simply put, SPECTACULAR!

Condado Is Close To Everything Such As Old San Juan , La Placita & Things To Do Such As Kayaking. Walking Distance To Alot Of Restaurants & Other Bars. Host Was Responsive. Definitely A Good Stay !

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Great place clean, great location and host was responsive and friendly at all times. She made sure my stay was great for my birthday and I enjoyed the location close to everything. Ubers arrived with no problem to location and many restaurants in the area. Brenda was attentive to my necessities at all times and instructions were clear and easy. Home was clean and confortable. It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.
