Holiday rentals with lake access in Condado Beach

I highly recommend Angelica's place. It has a very central location and easily accessible. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We saw police patrols. It is a very comfortable house and the description is as provided. Our group of four accommodated very well. Two rooms have air conditioning and the room with the twin bed has a ceiling fan. The common area of the room also has air conditioning. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We only stayed one night and had a great time. The communication with Angélica was excellent and she accommodated us very well according to our needs. Great place at a great price.

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

We had a great stay! The host is friendly and responsive. It's nice having AC in each room. The pool is only about 3.5 feet deep, but enough for kids and cooling off. The only issue, as others have mentioned too, is that the ad says that there should be hot water, but there was no hot water. Even so, we would stay again and definitely recommend this home!

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Stayed in Nadia’s apartment over Memorial Day weekend. The apartment is exactly as pictured, spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s hard to beat how pristine it is. Nadia was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. The view is stunning in a very quiet neighborhood. It looks just like the pictures. It’s a short walking distant to the beach amongst other restaurants. The building is okay, but with my hubby we felt safe. The only two things we didn’t like was the lack of A/C in the bathroom. We had to turn the A/C on super low to get the air to flow to the bedroom ( which worked) The other thing was that the room was small. When you walk through the door you immediately hit the bed. We had to have our luggage in the living room (where we got dressed) My husband is very tall and he’s not a small man. We made it work and we had a great time

Good location to be in. Many things to do with 5-10 min away I’ll be back

The beaches nearby are not the best you can find here but no complaints to the property itself.

A great, comfortable holiday escape. The highlight of the room is the view of the lagoon. Additionally having a in unit washer and dryer made for an amazing experience.

This apartment was in a great location for exploring San Juan. It was a quick drive or uber to Viejo San Juan and other local beaches. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The space was neat and organized, it was great having a little outdoor space to air out after the beach and before dinner.

Alerianne’s place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. 10 mins uber to La Placita, 2 minute walk to so many stores and restaurants in Condado, 10 mins uber to Old San Juan, not to mention views of La Laguna. Only challenge I had was which key slot to use in the elevator. Great spot!! Thank you Alerianne.
