Very welcoming and available host, the accommodation was welcoming and well decorated, the terrace is a real plus, the closed parking too, nothing was missing in terms of amenities, like at home!! Dressing room in each bedroom, we will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed these few days in Colette's place, perfectly located for nature lovers!

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

Very nice discovery for a short stay. The premises are quiet with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The hosts are friendly, caring and proactive. The accommodation is very nice and very well equipped. It is located in the countryside 5 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde and less than 15 minutes from the beautiful Lake Causse.

Charming family home from the 1930s, nice furniture, neat decor, large kitchen, very good bedding. Full of kitchen utensils. Garden. You feel good right away with this little scent of waxed wood. Great stay, good location, very close to the city center. Vehicle parking on grounds. Impeccable property. Thank you very much for the exquisite walnut pie.

An absolutely wonderful base from which our family explored the Lascaux Caves, Beynac, Sarlat and surrounds. Alexandre was a fantastic host, greeting us on our arrival and providing us with a tour of the house and then a lovely recommendation for dinner. The house had a fantastic atmosphere and was a great place to relax at the end of the day and for the kids to play.

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. Very quiet accommodation apart from the road that passes very close to the house

Spacious, well-equipped, and truly a great location. If you value rest you'll appreciate how quiet and calm Christophe's place is. Sarlat is a lovely town to visit with plenty of great restaurants and lots of little medieval streets to explore. A heads up if you're visiting for the first time that you'll want to rent a car or bike (located about 2km away) if you want to visit any surrounding areas!

Claude and Marie-Christine's place is a real little haven of peace, very welcoming and responsive hosts. the little outdoor space is very nice and relaxing! Everything is done to feel at home there! nothing is missing! the environment is beautiful and absolutely quiet! it's an address that I keep precious!!

The contact with Jérémy was easy and smooth. Very smiling, punctual and clear in his explanations, he knows how to put you at ease from the start. The apartment corresponded in all respects to the description, it is modern, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and is much larger in reality. It is also very well located in Brive, the hyper center is about ten minutes' walk. Finally, the parking space is an undeniable asset.

Sophie is a very welcoming and pleasant host, responsive. Clean accommodation, very good bedding. you have enough to keep you busy, tours, walks... Don't hesitate to go to Sylvie and Didier's without so much as a second thought. You will be very well received and guided according to what you want to do during your stay.

Great apartment right in the center of Sarlat's market area! It is very cozy and provides easy access to all the town has to offer. Parking was very convenient nearby as well.

We spent a night in Véronique's apartment to make a stop on the way to our vacation. The apartment is as described, clean and well-equipped with good bedding. The place is quiet and easy to find, on our arrival we were very well received by Véronique and we were able to chat together.

Stephanie was a fantastic host who was a pleasure to meet and taking the time to tell us about all the local places to visit and her apartment was ideally located for walking into Sarlat town centre in just a couple of minutes and it was a very enjoyable 3 day stay, thanks David and Teresa

Pascal welcomed us with friendliness to this accommodation which perfectly matches the description given in the listing. 5 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat, this tastefully decorated apartment has all the comforts you need for a "cozy" stay at Sandrine and Pascal's. We would come back for a future stay in this beautiful Périgord Noir.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.
