And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

Pq had no salt, sugar, oil, nothing to make a noodle. The market that has in the condominium supplies basic necessities for very salty prices. The apartment holds well 3 people, when I stayed the balcony was with the glass curtain unable to fully open, because the previous guest had damaged, but nothing that hindered our view and stay. Glória was very requested and kind, and it was very good to stay in its apartment. A well-structured condominium and the place is beautiful by the sea. Super indico.

I had occasional poblems where the lack of the cooler, umbrella and chairs that were resolved on the second day and the change of the shower on the fourth day (heated water for bathing). We stayed at Praia do Conde for a weekend and had a great experience. The place was safe, quiet, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Marcelo was extremely attentive, ensuring excellent communication and welcoming us promptly upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were smooth, without any problems. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which was a great advantage. I recommend it!

The place is the same as the photos, spacious with 3 bathrooms. Chairs were made available for the beach, the shared area is well organized.

Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

The house is excellent. Exactly as advertised. Good leisure area, excellent barbecue and the pool, although small, has a great depth! The house has three great air-conditioned rooms with great beds! Great bathrooms too. Having the sink in the pool area is a plus. My only suggestion is to leave instructions and materials for cleaning the pool, which gets dirty quickly due to its size, in a longer stay it may not be used. Other than that, I just want to thank Cledison for his attention and availability.

These were wonderful days. Mônica is a very kind host and always available. The apt that she made available to us is organized, very clean and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The place is quite ventilated and even to sleep without air conditioning and has an incredible view. The condominium is quiet with a very good pool but that needs a deeper cleaning in the grooves because it joins, but nothing that will hinder a good bath. My daughter liked the game room, playground and played a lot in the area. The janitor responsible for the condominium, Fernando, is super good people, available and polite. A 10 for him. A point that can improve is in relation to the shower in the 1st floor bathroom that opens the tap and the shower from the bottom of the water is missing or it is very weak and the refrigerator that needs maintenance because it is not cooling efficiently. I intend to return at another time because I felt very safe and comfortable.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
