This is the perfect flat to enjoy good time with family or friends. The flat of 70m2 is composed of two bedrooms : The first one with a double bed (140cm X 190cm) and the second one with a double bed (140cm X 190cm) and a bunk bed (90cm X 190cm), 1 bathroom with a bath, a living room with TV and an fully equiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker Nespresso...) The big terrace (25m2) and the heated swimming poor (from half of june to half of september) are really appreciable during summer.
