Easy location to get to subway from, at the price it’s good! The rooms themselves have A/C but just FYI the rest of the house does not so if it’s a super warm week it may be a little less than ideal but manageable. Again for the price, you can’t beat it! Host was great and communicated quickly.

We, 2 couples, really enjoyed our previous stay (about 2 weeks before), so returned to John's place again for our final night in NY after a cruise. Water, tea, coffee, creamer and sugar are provided in a full kitchen . Although the apartment was small, it is homely, comfortably and immaculately kept. All towels and linens provided were very clean and plentiful. John allowed us to access the apartment early which was also great. We walked a few blocks and were able to purchase meals and fruits and do a bit of shopping. Thanks John for making our stay excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! Mary warmly welcomed us and truly made us feel right at home. She was kind enough to let my family visit me as well while I was moving to NYC, which meant a lot. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated how convenient the location was with great access to public transportation and easy to get around Brooklyn. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here. Looking forward to booking again the next time we’re in town. Also, thanks for the cookies!

I love that the accommodation has two beds. It's Central to everything in the area. You can easily walk to the subway, and buy local produce for an expensive prices. Worth everything.

Beth was a lovely, friendly host. Beth could not do more for us from offering a nice breakfast (waffles were a personal fav) to kind gestures and providing excellent recommendations. We would happily stay with Beth again :)
