Really lovely place in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. Lots of nice charming decorative details and very walkable to the cafes/bars. They have a very well stocked kitchen which was great for us as we stayed 2 weeks. We also loved the view from the terrace on the top floor. Great for breakfast coffee, happy hour sitting, etc. Everyone in the town was very friendly and New Evo had great pizza and arrosticini (nice walk). Highly recommend!!!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! I really enjoyed my stay in Alberto's Airbnb! What made this stay really special for me is that it felt like coming home. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The warm atmosphere, the small personal details and the welcoming reception made it much more than just a place to stay. Everything was perfectly arranged: Alberto is quickly accessible and helpful. Upon arrival, the accommodation was spotless and tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The location was ideal – close to the sea and within walking distance of the center. The bed was wonderful and the sheets smelled very nice. I travel regularly, but places like this where you can really relax and be yourself are rare. This Airbnb is one of those places - a place where you can take a breather, and where you can think back to with a smile. I would absolutely love to come back here!

This was a perfect week. Luxurious and beautiful flat in a modern block of flats. Beautiful architecture❤️ . Very spacious with convenient bathrooms right by the bedroom. Great mattresses too. Very spacious terraces. If you like to go to the beach prepare yourself for a ca. 15 minute walk. The surroundings are not the most beautiful, but there is Conad supermarket and good takeaway pizza place called Lievito Concalma. Those who love to drink fermented grape juice, should definitely visit Radicale, which is a fabulous natural wine bar with only "00" wines. The city center is also in a walkable distance. Definitely recommend Lelio's place!

Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

Very nice accommodation, recently renovated and very clean. All modern comforts in a period building. Very spacious with wooden floors and double height with vaulted ceiling: entrance to a room equipped with kitchen, bathroom and very large bedroom, all new. Quiet, even if facing the street, thanks to the new fixtures and the almost non-existent traffic (from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning). Free parking in the pitch behind the small neighboring church, a few steps along the church itself. Good supply of breakfast foods. Vetlana is very kind and helpful. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful, and can be admired during the journey to reach the destination. In addition to the houses that make up the small village, there is the Post Office, while we have not seen other commercial establishments (there should be a tavern/restaurant not far away). Both the accommodation and the manager are recommended.

Tania greeted us and was friendly as she explained the easy access to everything. Her apartment was meticulous, one of the cleanest and most on point condos we have ever stayed at. She puts care into everything she does for her guests and it is evident in all the well thought out amenities (including a spacious balcony & parking).
