More beautiful than in the photos, very comfortable, very good with the schedules to arrive early, the area is nice, there was no problem and the noises were not annoying.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

An artistic dream home! The space has a warmth and comfort that inspires creativity and peace. The architectural design is unique and flows well, with high ceilings and angular richness, that creates an expansive feel - pictures don't do justice! Kitchen was great for cooking daily meals, the living area for chilling and playing music, the desk area/office nook upstairs was perfect for working, and the bedroom and bed were super comfortable. The top deck is huge and filled with plants (as is the inside!)...creates a vibrant living green feeling. Having the second bathroom downstairs just adds to how livable this space is. Now, for the art - THE ART! Pablo is a brilliant artist, and his pieces are throughout the space. It feels like a living gallery, which just adds to the aura. And the best part, Dolores & Pablo both are incredibly kind souls. I spent a month here, and have stayed in 100 airbnbs over the years, and this is definitely one of the best for living well. Thanks!

The place was pretty good. Big and spacious to have family and friends over. Very nice location close to the subway and buses. San Telmo is great if you like the business and vibrancy of Buenos Aires.

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Great apartment with fully equipped kitchen, gym, pool, and 24 hour security. The location is perfect for walking the neighbourhood of San Telmo, there is a park and cafes nearby. Checkin was easy and the host was responsive to communication.

A neighborhood full of art and history, we were very satisfied with the stay, there was ease of getting around by bus and on foot.

The place is very nice and comfortable to spend a few days in downtown Buenos Aires. I really liked all the help they gave me because it was the first time I visited the capital of Argentina.

I really liked the neighborhood, quiet, no noise, friendly neighbors. The house felt like home. The attention of the person who left us the keys, excellent.
