A wonderful bed! Very nicely located. John was very accommodating to my schedule, and there was a bike available!!!

Great location if you need to be downtown. House was clean and very comfortable and the host was proactive.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our host went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was perfect we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Phillip is such a nice host, very responsive and accommodating. He is very kind about personal space for guests and welcoming to a friendly hello or conversation. The room is in a calm suburb just outside the city. Cool breeze and lots of sunlight. Kind, peaceful suburban neighbors stroll by the house every so often and say good morning. Lafayette is such a great part of the bay area, I would have never known without visiting here. I left my electric scooter parked in the yard for a few hours and there was no problem. Very walkable and safe, great restaurants and conveniences right nearby, amazing weather. Check out Local Kitchen, right on the corner the food there is INSANELY GOOD. Might take the BART back here sometime soon just for the food there.

We were familiar with the location of Amber‘s rental as we had lived around the corner for many, many years. The rental is in a lovely setting, very quiet and serene. Kitchen was fully stocked with high-end cookware. However, we didn’t prepare any meals as there are wonderful places to eat close by. I would definitely recommend Amber‘ place for anyone wanting a true Montclair experience.

Beautiful cottage and well thought out. The host had everything covered that you could possibly need! It was perfect and a great location. We will be back!

After a long flight from Australia we recovered here, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, the lovely accomodation and breakfasts on the deck overlooking Linda's beautiful garden. If you want a place to recharge, this is it.

Very nice host, spacious, clean and tidy accommodation with all the amenities. Plenty of car space, washing and good space for kitchen. We will definitely rebook next year hopefully.

I stayed in the little studio for 2 months while on a research visit, and it was truly a home during this time. It's walkable to the university and excellently connected with public transport. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of activities. The house has a beautiful back garden. It is not super-well insulated and you can hear your neighbours, which was a tiny drawback. The studio is tiny, but extremely comfortable and cozy. I appreciated the access to laundry and the host's responsiveness whenever I needed something.

Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a few blocks from our favorite Cheeseboard Collective Pizzeria and within easy walking distance to UC Berkeley. We were in town for a wedding and needed a family-friendly place nearby, and this home checked every box and more. The space was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom was especially impressive—clean, well-stocked with soft towels, and featuring a beautifully laid-out shower and hot tub that made winding down in the evenings a true treat. The kitchen was pristine and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy meals during our stay. Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this home made it easy. There was even a pack 'n play ready for our infant, which was such a thoughtful touch. The layout of the home was comfortable, cozy, and made our time there feel like a true home-away-from-home. Highly, highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Berkeley

Very clean, welcoming place. Alexander’s apartment was very comfortable for 3 adults, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Alexander answered my questions super promptly, he is a great host. We highly recommend his place.

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

This was our third time staying here. It is a clean and comfortable space with attractive furnishings and everything we needed for a two-week stay. We will return again next time we return to CA to visit family.

Great place to stay while visiting the East Bay. Beautiful neighborhood: quiet, safe, and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants/shops. Very convenient for public transportation or driving as well. The apartment is spacious for a couple, much more room than you’d have in a basic hotel room. Loren was proactive in sending check-in instructions and provided a thorough guidebook both for the place itself and the surrounding area. No complaints!

Ehson's place was a little haven during our stay in San Francisco, located in a wonderful neighborhood. As with any old building, you might hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but it's all absolutely worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. The sunset from the rooftop terrace is addictive. It’s a great spot: you can walk everywhere, and the cable car is right there. There’s also a great little grocery store on the corner, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

The accommodations were nice and the area was quiet. It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, a movie theater and a 5 minute drive to a supermarket. It was a short walk to the lake which had a circumferential walking path. We particularly liked the locked parking garage. We will definitely come back.
