In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his small adjacent home. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it has become a two-story residence of about 80 square meters. La casa è al piano superiore di una villetta che declina verso il mare composta da due appartamenti autonomi. Grande 80 mq , troverete due camere da letto, un bagno ( recentemente ristrutturato) e un soggiorno-cucina. Si può godere di un ampia e ben attrezzata terrazza che concede una bella vista sul mare e nella quale è possibile organizzare pranzi e cene all'aperto, accompagnate da tramonti mozzafiato. Una brevissima stradella vi condurrà sulla spiaggia.
