The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The property is divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance.
