A very nice, private, place - where allows you to relax without seeing/interacting with people. Paul is also very helpful and responsive - you can get almost any help from him quickly. The cottage is great with well interior design. It has everything we need to stay in it for a week. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a escape from daily chores and cities. We will definitely come back and stay longer in this lovely space.

My friends and I have stayed at Barbara's cabin several times now, and we have plans to return again. Barbara (and Phil) are very responsive hosts and super friendly. The cabin is in a peaceful, quiet location, it has a fully stocked kitchen, 3 baths, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, and a great back porch and upper deck. The new parking pad is a nice addition. It is in a perfect location to enjoy fishing, hiking, and area attractions. Roscoe, Livingston Manor, and Hancock are within a short drive. It is a great place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Cozy Cabin. Adrian was very helpful and communicative.
